Yesterday, two of my neighbors (A & B) were arguing in front of the house. I heard part of their conversation and simply know what all it is about. The root cause of the fight is W***** – the dog belong to neighbor A.

After she has been complained for making too much noise by neighbor C, she was locked behind the house since then. But I saw her walking around on the street these few days. I mean alone, without the maid accompany. Sometimes, she may looks too ‘aggressive’. Chasing after the car or pedestrian, but she never bite. For her, it’s just a game.

Neighbor B just moved in to the neighborhood few months ago. There are few young kids in the family itself. They have guests very often and among them are kids too. Here is where the story begin.

The kids are coming back from play ground in the evening. And W is not locked at that time. I can imagine how is the scenario looks like. She might have trying to get near the kids. The kids are scared and started to run. When you run, W thought you are playing with her. One run and one chase. At the end, one of the kid fell down and injured his knee. That’s why neighbor B was unhappy.

Together with the guard, he complained to neighbor A for letting the dog out. Neighbor A did stated a few ‘reasons’ for not locking the dog, but I’m not going to mention it here which I think it’s not reasonable.

For those who have dogs or cats at home, please watch them. Do not ever let them out by their own. I have these cat’s foot prints and scratches on my car. I don’t know, they used to jump from house to house, and cars are the best stepping stone to the wall. Also, do not expect your neighbors to take the dog’s bark easily as you. It’s quite annoying sometimes, especially when they are sleeping.

The lights along Jalan Putra Permai is not working for almost a week, and there is no action at all. Let me guess. Maybe TNB does not know the lights is not working. Or maybe they “do not know” before receiving any complaint. Alright, alright…someone should make the call instead of keep on complaining without any action.

McDonald is always the best place to meet up for business or normal outings. Why? Err, I think it is because normally McDonald will be the landmark for a place. If you are meeting someone and he/she has never been to that place, yes, McDonald is definitely one of the best choice. Luckily there is one at Bandar Putra Permai, and the above scenario always happen to me.

If you are using Jalan Putra Permai, look for Jusco. If you are from Cyberjaya/Putrajaya direction, turn left at the Jusco traffic light and you will see the ‘M’. If you are from Serdang town, take a right turn at the Jusco traffic light. You can also take the shortcut from Puncak Jalil. On the way to Jusco, you will definitely see McDonald on your right.

I guess most of the Putra Permai residents have noticed the new placed advertisement board of “Giant is coming soon” near Bazaar Rakyat. I’m just wondering where will this Giant be located? The under construction area beside Puchong Gateway? That one is more likely to be a Tesco. I don’t know, the sales girl from the Equine Gallery told me a few years back.

My curiosity lead me to drop an enquiry at the Malaysia Giant website but unfortunately, the captcha security code will never be correct. I gave up after trying for 3 times.

So, please share if you know anything about the Giant in Putra Permai.

Giant is coming to Bandar Putra Permai

Maybank Putra Permai is located near the Jusco. If you are coming from Putrajaya/Puchong direction, make a left turn right before Petronas (the one beside Jusco). Go straight on and you will come to a little round about. Go straight and the Maybank is on your right.

However, if you are coming from Serdang, take a right turn at the traffic light to Taman Equine Equestrian Centre. Turn left at the first junction and you will see Maybank on your left.

I’m not trying to promote any of them, but just to list out the available petrol stations in this area.

Are we going to have a Tesco here in Bandar Putra Permai? The construction side on the left, immediately after the traffic light is believed to be the base for the coming Tesco. I heard from others and not sure how true it is. But, they have covered the whole area with blue color zinc. Doesn’t it look like a Tesco? (at least the color is matching…)

Any way, it is a good thing to have another hypermarket here. Wait wait wait…provided that the authority has a good plan on the traffic. Otherwise, it would be another headache for the people here.

A suggestion came to me few days earlier, request to discuss a little bit on the broadband service of Bandar Putra Permai 1, 2 & 3. Alright, here it goes.

Bandar Putra Permai’s broadband service is currently under the coverage of Streamyx. I’m not sure if there are other Internet Service Provider available at this moment.

As for the speed, I personally think that it is reasonable fast for the 1M, monthly RM88 package. I did a simply test in speedtest.net, and below is the result.

So far, there are no major problem encountered with the Streamyx service. However, it did happen some time where the port is having problem. What you need to do is just give them a call and the problem will be fixed shortly.

The new furniture shop has decorated this area with the cool, black color building and also the lights. Isn’t this a good landmark when you are giving direction to Putra Permai in future?

It is located right before the entrance of Pasar Borong Selangor. If you are coming from LDP or Putrajaya, again you have to make a U-turn. If you are coming from the other side (from Jusco), it is on your left. Turn left at the Petronas junction and make another left turn to Valencia.
