This place is very strategic with high density population from middle to upper class working people. I have been to many places to look around new properties development including Seri Petaling, Mount Kiara, Damansara, PJ and Shah Alam. Some of these places are already relatively expensive and the design of the road are pretty awkward with limited parking too. If I would choose between Putra Walk and I-City, I personally think Putra Walk is better. The developer need to do something to promote this place.

My kid is going to Kinrara Secondary school –afternoon session next year .

The bus driver is willing to come to our place if we have more than 2 students.

Fuel modulator problem as stated above is due to the modulator cannot provide sufficient current to the meter and this only happens to Bosch Modulator.

Basically tak-tak noise is due to 2 problems and both are in Proton Bulletin Recall as I type this.

1) There’re a batch of IAFM is having such noise due to freeplay in the internal mechanical structure

2) There’re a batch of Campro engine’s timing belt pulley giving out similar noise as it’s wobbling when the engine is under load.

Dealer might not aware of this but a Proton Edar SC will quickly identify the problem.

I would like to agree and disagree with you. Bad economy… err actually I have a small ‘Kedai Makan’ behind Pasar Borong selangor – Blok D1-1 Pangsapuri Permai.

Biznes not very encouraging may due to fol reasons:

1. Too many Indons and Paks
2. Not in Strategic Loc
3. Ppl cook their own..

I have to make my Kedai Makan as a Kitchen. Technically I have to close it and gotta re-approach my way in doing the FNB bisnes.

I have to go out joining the events in Putrajaya as I had more opportunity to sell my product and introducing my trademark “The Best Nasi Lemak in Putrajaya”…. and I manage to do it.

I’m struggling to survive but will never go beside the road. Hawker Stall is not hygiene and healthy.

Sometime I hate MPSJ enforcement officers for not taking firm action against them.
