You can actually get some nice food there like the ‘dai chao’, pan mee, Thai food and the lam mee. However, the hygiene issue has to be taken care too in order to ensure the quality of food. Besides rats, the floor is always dirty and full with the cigarette left over.

It was ordered to closed down for 14 days since 29 June 2010. Hopefully the owner will take the lesson and the place is in tip-top condition when it’s back for operation later.

His neighbor’s Honda Civic was stolen at night even though the car was locked and parked in the porch with the gate locked as well. Some how, the theft managed to get into the car and bang at the gate slowly until the gate lock was forced open.

Therefore, residents in Bandar Putra Permai, please be more careful with your cars. Do not take for granted that the guard service would be sufficient to guarantee your belonging is safe because the case described above was happened in a guarded area.

Well, another coming commercial project in Bandar Putra Permai. The Giant Hypermarket is part of The Atmosphere under their Phase 1 development. Seems like it will be situated just beside the Bandar Putra main road, which is the location they have placed the “Giant Coming Soon” billboard currently.

We are not talking about the nasi lemak and kuih stalls which used to exist since quite some time ago. The newly setup stalls are mostly selling mixed rice during night time. I can see why the stall number is increasing. Because they got a very encouraging response every night. (until the buyers’ vehicles are blocking the road)

For sure the price is cheaper comparing to the restaurant food. Everyone is trying to spend lesser now. Therefore, selling ‘economy food’ could be a good business to invest.

So, is the economy getting better like everyone says? In my opinion, consumers are getting more cautious nowadays. They will think twice on every single penny they spend, don’t you? Therefore, business is getting more difficult these days.

Any way, outlets started to close down could cause a very negative image for Jusco Equine. I’m wondering what are they going to do to overcome this situation. Hopefully the number of close down does not increase.

If you are given an opportunity to select, which outlet you wish it could stay?

I’m just wondering where will this Giant be located? The under construction area beside Puchong Gateway? That one is more likely to be a Tesco. I don’t know, the sales girl from the Equine Gallery told me a few years back.

My curiosity lead me to drop an enquiry at the Malaysia Giant website but unfortunately, the captcha security code will never be correct. I gave up after trying for 3 times.

So, please share if you know anything about the Giant in Putra Permai.
