Taman Equine Pizza ‘Hurt’
I have no issue with Pizza Hut, I like their pizza. But unfortunately, I’m having a bad experience with the Pizza Hut in the Jusco Taman Equine. No, it’s not about the food but the service. Don’t ever step into the restaurant if you are rushing for something important because they might screw you up.
I guess the steps for ordering and serving are quite simple and wonder why they still unable to follow.
First come first serve
During my first visit, me and friends had been waiting for quite some time but we are not served yet. Of course we started to complain to the staff. And the answer we got is serving will be done according to the order. Alright, we were fine. Maybe they are just slow in preparing the food. But later, even customers who came much more later than us were served. The first time is okay, because at least they got our order and ‘only’ that the food arrived slow.
Finish what you are doing first
But my recent visit with my friends is more terrible. The scenario is quite similar with the first time but this time, the order chit was still kept in the staff’s pocket. We complain after 30 minutes of waiting and only they found out that the order chit was not pass to the kitchen yet.
Fix your mistake
The staff apologized to us and we tell her we must be given first priority because our break time is going to end soon. She smiled and left but guess what, she doesn’t get it. We have been wait and wait, seeing others enjoy their food and lastly, we have to take away our pizzas.
Serve accordingly
Even for a customer, we know that normally the sequence of serving is drinks come first, follow by soup, garlic bread, other side dishes and lastly the pizza. But during our waiting, the customers on the other table still do not get their garlic bread when they nearly finish their pizza.
The first experience gave us a very bad impression. When we decided to give them a second chance, we got worse. Yoo bros, should we consider the third visit???
i totally agreed with u that this pizza hut’s service is terribly slow n bad.
will only walk in if there are not many customers…
Hi there… My cousin worked in that Pizza Hut Branch.. But yesterday was his last day there.. I haven’t really asked him how was his days there (in detailed).. I might will try to ask him and maybe come out with a respond… I never eat there myself, so I didn’t know about the situation…
Mean while… Lets hope they gets better next time..

i had a problem once with this outlet. it was a delivery order that never came. i had to lodge a complaint to consumer affairs at the end. why? pizza hut gave me answer that i cannot accept. waited more than 1 hour and still no pizza. call hotline and they throw you like a ball.
agreed! i have been there about 3 times and they failed me every time. the service is slow and pathetic, and its about time someone said s’thing to the management. i spent a lot of time waiting and being ignored. i can deal with the slow orders but even waiting for them to take the order is also slow, waiting like an idiot.
the food isn’t perfect either.The bread is always served cold
and whn i told them “u guys always give me cold bread can u atleast this time bring hot bread ?” n she replied, “hmm saya tak tau ek klu nnt u dapat sejuk sbb saya tak tau, saya kat luar”….sighhhh
yday i ordered take away 3 garlic bread, and again COLD !!!
Tiz time i just cant control myself n ask the staff how could u give me cold breadssss !!!!!!!!

n he said something like oh earlier it was hot but now cold…n i told him this is not my bloody first time buying garlic bread….
