Putra Walk

The conceptual commercial center in Putra Permai – the Putra Walk is physically done. Noticed that there are sales or rent banners too. I guess they might going to launch it very soon.

This place is very strategic with high density population from middle to upper class working people. I have been to many places to look around new properties development including Seri Petaling, Mount Kiara, Damansara, PJ and Shah Alam. Some of these places are already relatively expensive and the design of the road are pretty awkward with limited parking too. If I would choose between Putra Walk and I-City, I personally think Putra Walk is better. The developer need to do something to promote this place.

yes, it’s launched…but i guess due to the to the current economy, it might not be a good time to start a business or open a new shop…the developer actually guaranteed the rental for a certain period…i heard that they are giving a two month free rental to attract the tenants…
