hai I one of the owner of the shop there. I sell fresh and mostly frozen meats and also chicken. The peak time around 5am and night around 9pm.

But who is going to the market at 4? Normally, the peak hour is at night time and in the morning.

I heard the peak hours to get fresh seafood is around 4 am when the supply comes to the market.
