Have you all been to the Rhythm Studio Car Wash?

If you do not have time to waste, I suggest you don’t ever think about washing your car there. I have pass my key to the worker and wait for about 1 hour. It’s still not my turn yet. I’m asking politely why it’s not my turn yet since I was the one who spent the longest time waiting among those who are sitting there.

They claimed that they got their own queuing system and it’s just not my turn yet (his face expression tell me “if you can wait you wait, otherwise you leave, your 10 bucks doesn’t help much to the business”). Okay, fine. I decided to leave after waiting for 1 hour and dropped by at another roadside snow car wash. It’s done within 15 minutes!

The car is clean, and I paid only 8 bucks. The foreigners appreciate my visit. To be honest, they serve customers better than those who so called ‘professional car washer’. Service is very important in the service industry, as the name tells.

Badminton court for rent at Bandar Putra Permai!

Dewan Orang Ramai Dr George Lim, which located near McDonald Taman Equine offers variety of sports facilities like basketball court, futsal and badminton court.

Badminton court rental rate is RM15 per 2 hours during weekdays and RM20 per 2 hours during weekend and public holidays.

As for the newly renovated futsal court, it’s still open for free for the time being until further notice.

If what Mr Deva said was true, “Saya sudah ada kat sini 4 tahun lebih, tak caya boleh tanya Esso.” I have no doubt about how long he has operate the stall but it means I took 4 years before I could sit down and try Mr Deva’s cendol and mee rojak.

Deva Cendol, the moving stall which operates in front of Bandar Putra Permai Esso petrol station, selling the most traditional Malaysian food like mee kari, mee rojak, ABC and cendol. One can either take away or eat there provided there is availability of the limited seats.

Operation hour: 12pm – 6pm from Monday – Saturday

Price: Cendol RM1.80, ABC RM2.00, Mee rojak RM3.50 (additional 20 cents for take away cendol and ABC)

Have you seen this motorcyclist in town before? I got a couple of comments about him before but this is the first time i see it with my own eyes. This is some how a creative way to decorate a motorcycle, and of course there is no reason for the traffic police to complain the plate number can’t be read. Hopefully, too big is not an issue here as a violation to the traffic rules.

If you are a ‘food seeker’ in Putra Permai, you must have noticed the newly opened restaurant in Putra Walk. Restaurant Muhibbah La’Tha, which located same row as PappaRich and Boston 又一城 restaurant, can be clearly seen from Jalan Putra Permai. It’s a double storey corner shop lot and both ground floor and upstairs are opened for customers.

The food here are nice, at least it’s nice for me and most probably it’s the best mamak to hang out in this area if you are looking for a balance between hygiene and affordable.

Restaurant Muhibbah open at the right time before the World Cup 2010 starts. The football month alone is giving them a lot of business where it’s always full seated during game time.

Another best thing is you are no longer need to ask for a waiter by waving to them, whistling, eye contact or whatever method you are familiar with. There is a little device attached to the table which connect to the waiter’s watch liked equipment. Press on the order or bill button, and the waiter will appear within seconds.

However, it does share the weakness with other mamak. Smokers. They might want to consider separating the smokers with non-smoker with air-cond area. But again, the environment might not got the same feel again.
